Nice people, nice terrace

Super attentive and friendly staff, nice room, very tasty food. It's a shame that the wellness area is not fully accessible due to the Corona, but it's great that it can be used at all. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

Excellent stay. We arrived a little early. We were then greeted with a welcome drink by the very attentive and friendly staff and placed in the restaurant. After a short wait in the beautiful restaurant, we were able to move into our very nice suit. The six days in the hotel were pleasant, quiet and especially because of the excellent staff, just great. We were also able to enjoy a super classic massage with Werner. Highly recommended. The restaurant staff were always helpful and had a high level of expertise. If you have a special drink request, it was always fulfilled. Really super good and the food was of very good quality. Thanks to the great kitchen crew. As well as thanks to the whole crew at the front and behind 😊 All in all, it was a great vacation with my girlfriend and I can warmly recommend this hotel, old and young, to switch off and explore the beautiful surroundings of the Allgäu. Best regards to the whole team, we felt at home, but with 5-star service. 😉🙏 Sasha

Thank you for the 6 great days. We 2 adults and 2 children felt very comfortable with you. The surroundings, the food, the soup for lunch ... everything was great. We have extended one more night. It was definitely not the last time.

From the greeting to the check-out just a great service and everyone is really nice and friendly. You felt very welcome and the other guests were pleasant. It was quite familiar and if there was a problem, everything was tried to solve it. The food was also delicious, the rooms or the whole hotel clean. Conclusion: Here we come back. What should we explain for a long time, everything was perfect for us! Friendly, friendly and friendly in the square (from the reception to the cleaning woman to the waiter)! Location great. The SPA including massage relaxed us wonderfully and the food was very good (except for the salmon: it was simply outstanding)! For us it is clear: we will be back! Thanks Mittelburg!

We have been coming to Mittelberg for years and have always enjoyed a good coffee or cake or a sparkling wine in the Mittelburg. I would like to mention at least 7 people we were always. This is no longer possible. We were turned away, and not very kindly. Only for house guests. We were very amazed about it. Then you should also remove the café sign. So it was not only for us, other holidaymakers, too, as we were told. So you shouldn't skimp on friendliness, especially in a hotel And that from the junior 'boss' !! personally ✅ Apparently they didn't need to do that in this hotel or they didn't learn it either It is a pity that many guests will lose.

Insanely beautiful, quaint, cozy wellness hotel with really good food. The wellness area is small but never overcrowded and the view of the mountains is simply unbeatable. The food is always delicious. The rooms are simple, but on the terrace, the winter garden or by the fireplace it is so cozy anyway that you prefer to be there. We like to come back every year.

Stayed there as a couple for a nice weekend. Everything was really right from arrival to departure. Great, nice staff, a sweet, small hotel with wellness area and really good food, nothing to complain about both breakfast and dinner. We would like to come again! Thank you :)

What was possible in the past is no longer possible today. In the afternoon we wanted to go to the Mittelburg with 5 people for coffee and cake, but we were turned away by the "junior boss". The literal statement was: coffee and cake are only available to house guests. Incredible for us and zero customer-oriented. Especially since we spent years in the Mittelburg in the afternoon as well as in the evening. The outdoor advertising on the café should be renewed as it is no longer applicable.

Great breakfast buffet with a large selection. Dinner was always delicious. Room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely highly recommended! 👍🏻

We spent a couple a short break in the beautiful center castle. The house, embedded in a beautiful, quiet landscape with a wonderful view, leaves nothing to be desired. An attentive and courteous, friendly staff, very good service and an absolutely excellent kitchen. Very rich breakfast buffet and clean wellness area. We felt very comfortable. Very nice hotel, we had a 2-day sales training here. The organization on the part of the hotel was perfect and all our staff were thrilled with both the room and the food.

Small downside: it was very noisy and you could hear the closet doors of the room neighbors. Eat: We indulged in the luxury board and did not regret it. Extremely delicious food with great variety. The first thing in the fitness room is Mist 3 machines, an old cross trainer, an ergobike, no treadmill, etc. Sauna and swimming pool opening times only until 8.30 p.m. Room clean great view but from the carpet and the rest of the facilities welcome to the charm of the 80s. Because you can tell how old the furniture is. But breakfast is really great, very large selection. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. But you should think about modernization. Until then, I think the price is a bit too high for the equipment
